List of Veronica Lorenzo's Reviews
She is a wonderful doctor, however, her staff can be distant, not listen, and sometimes rude. Some of the new staff as of 2020 have been better. Often, messages go unanswered, or ignored. Several friends have found another doctor due to staff. I've hung in there just because of Dr. Lorenzo.
Dr. Lorenzo is a caring and compassionate doctor who is always there for you. She is very easy to talk to and is very thorough. I’ve been with Dr. Lorenzo for many years and feel very fortunate that I found her. Thank you for taking care of me. ❤️
I can't give Dr Lorenzo high enough praise! I was so frustrated with my care at Janes Street Clinic. I moved into Serenity Springs Assisted Living Center and received even worse medical care there! My brothers encouraged me to find a private physician, which I did, and I found Dr Lorenzo! She has been a literal lifesaver for me! Whereas my former doctor said things like, we should take you in for a CAT scan to find out why you fall down so much, but never did, Dr Lorenzo immediately scheduled a CAT scan after my first visit with her! As a result, I went in for brain surgery just a couple of months afterward! Turns out that I have been having spinal fluid leaking into my skull for years after having a bad, bad fall on the back of my head years earlier, and it has been putting pressure on my brain causing all of my different issues. My brain surgery is coming up soon, and I'm hoping/expecting that I make a full recovery. My life will surely be better than it has been for the past many years! Dr Lorenzo is highly knowledgeable and very concerned about her patients!
Excellent. Dr L & her medical (PAs, etc) staff always explain everything thoroughly. We like Dr L so much that we have kept her as our primary care Dr even after we retired & moved 65 miles away.
Today was my first appointment with Dr Lorenzo, I found her not to be in a hurry, she answered all my questions in detail, she had done her review on my previous health records, your health is only as good as your Dr. I feel very good with her as my new Dr. Her staff was also very nice, informative and made my transition to this office easy! Thanks Gary
I've been a patient of Dr. Lorenzo's for 20+ years, as has my husband and son. She is truly my healthcare partner, as are her physician extenders (PA, NP). She listens carefully and explores other than the obvious causes. I returned for my depression meds stopping working - I've taken many over 20+ years. Rather than throwing me on a new med and moving on, she interviewed me carefully and had a vitamin D test done, as I had bariatric surgery 3 years ago. I had very, very low vitamin D as the pills I'd bought were not USP-certified and weren't working! I could have been on 3 different medicines and spent months suffering before this was uncovered. She has also found ways to add a potentiating medicine to my antidepressant so I don't have to switch medicines when they stop working as well. She's equally as good with my husband, who has type 2 diabetes and Hashimoto's thyroiditis. I hope she never retires.
I am moving out of state and said goodbye to Dr. Lorenzo, she has been our family doctor for years. It will be difficult to find another family doctor after 20+ plus years. Thank you Dr. Lorenzo for taking care of my family for so many years. You and your staff will be missed.
Dr.Lorenzo is an excellent doctor. She has been my doctor for a long time.
My family has been patients of Dr. Lorenzo for many, many years. There is zero follow-up now, lost test results and numerous calls to find out information. Wait forever for test results and scheduling for further testing. So disappointing, as it used to be a great practice. Good doctor, as long as you don't care about timing.
Very great physician. Personable. Talks to you in laymans terms that you can understand. Would recommend her to anyone!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
