He lied to me and said my gallbladder was fine. Found out three years later, that the function of my gallbladder was (and I quote on the low side). Now I'm going to a surgeon, who will probably remove it. He should have told me that in the beginning.

Dr Jones & entire staff were caring, professional, positive. Too many signs in waiting room about fees for returned checks, charges for missed appointments, not responsible for lost articles - while important for patients to know these things, the signs create the wrong atmosphere.

This was my second procedure with Dr. Jones. My first was last July when he actuality saved my life. After being extremely sick for months, Dr. Jones found that I was bleeding internally and did the necessary repairs. Both times he and his staff were compassionate and professional.
