List of Saline Health Center's Reviews
Sad to say. If you call and tell the people there that you are sick, they will say you are not sick. They will say you have to have a fever for 4 to 5 days to do anything, regardless if you took over the counter meds to combat to no prevail. Their answer has been "have you taken a covid test?" It's happened twice in a row. How can a doctors office not want to help. Sure, your booked solid, who isnt. The way your people come off is that it is an inconvenience to try to get help. Again happened multiple times. That's the last time.
Please please do not take your child to see Dr. Long. After expressing some concerns with her regarding her daughter we were shocked with her response. We were told to lock our daughter in her room at night (flip the lock on her door and lock it from the outside), take away her food if she throws it, but make her sit at the table and watch us eat (not offering her anything else to eat the remainder of the day) and not taking her to the bathroom during meal time because she is not to leave the table, if she has an accident after telling us she had to go we are to leave her sitting in it until we are done with our food. This is absolutely ridiculous and the office manager as well as head doctor agreed with her treatment plan. I will me transferring my daughters pedantic care away from u of m. Encouraging child neglectful behaviors is heartbreaking. This practice should be closed and investigated.
I'm switching to another doctor's office that's all you need to know about this place
Absolutely above and beyond!! Every staff member shows a genuine concern for all patients, and are extraordinarily helpful. Thank you Saline Health Center for all you do!
Very slow service. Takes 20-30 minutes just to get the COVID vaccine.
My daughter was seen for a virus/rash and told if it got worse to call. She called (it got worse) and was told to put hydrocortisone cream on it which she is ALLERGIC to!!! Called again to straighten things out and was treated rudely. Will NEVER go to this office again. Be careful, obviously they don't read medical history before giving advice.
Not sure why all of the negative comments are appearing here. Having been a patient at this clinic for years, I have seen front desk staff, MAs, nurses, and doctors bust their butts to provide efficient and compassionate patient care often in the setting of short staffing in all of the above care groups, the pandemic, and in the face of some of the rudest and most self-entitled people I have ever seen. Get a grip folks, you're not the only people needing medical care in these most difficult times. There are other human beings whose needs are perhaps greater than yours.
Waited over an hour for a blood draw. Receptionist said there were a few people before me. I counted 10 people go in and out. I quit counting. Be sure to take a snack with you, better yet you will probably have time to order in. Never again.
We love Dr Park , and one nurse that just moved to the adult side, In general they are all good at their job. Except a few drs on the adult side . The phone system is annoying but hey I'm caller 99 end cue. 15 minutes later cause I have time. I have been so thankful I took them pizzas once. Lab hours aren't people who are employed friendly. and no i don't want to drive further for other offices.
My friend went here was shoved in the corner for two hours, no one ever looked at him and when he asked for pain meds they told him to "hold on". IM VERY ANGRy. let down for sure

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
