Kelli Virgin's Online Review Report Card

I'm assuming if you're here then you already know, and I'm sorry for that, but she is really awful. She sees her patients as $$ and that is painfully evident. She insisted that I drive 45 minutes to her office because she needed to see me face to face to refill a diabetes Rx (no you don't), but even after I did, she showed up 40 minutes late OVER ZOOM! She was in shorts and a t-shirt in her own living room. She "saw" me for 5 minutes and then billed my insurance the whole hour apt. She is rude, arrogant, and completely lacking empathy (great characteristics for a doctor, right?) She is wildly unprofessional. Unprofessional is too professional a word to describe her bedside manner. Do yourself a favor and start looking elsewhere immediately!

so far i'm skeptical about seeing this doctor, because she tried to tell me during our visit what language i could use as if she was my parent or something not respecting my expression of my symptoms and she kept blaming everything on being over weight as well...luckily the end result was repeating some tests that were done almost a year ago which is one thing i was happy about but she rubbed me the wrong way for some reason like you do not tell a patient what language they can use when they are describing their symptoms you should just listen and sympathies study their language toward their symptoms because thats the degree that it causes them pain and such. I kinda do not like this doctor really and i'm sure I will be happier with a 2nd opinion no matter what my results are else where such as u of m because honestly I didn't fully feel a good vibe or listened to enough maybe instead of focusing on someones language she should focus on the patient expression of their symptoms we'll C.

Arrogant and not informed. Lazy and horrible paitent manners. Can't return a call. Your better off being your own doctor then going to this fraud.

Let it be known, She does not see MINORS.... So if you have a minor child that needs to be seen, look elsewhere.....

Be very careful if you decide to see this doctor. Telemedicine ine ONLY and just to walk in is $167, then another $355 to talk to her. She ordered bloodwork that cost $1000. Total cost for 1 visit $1500. SCAM. Didnt help me at all.

Very slow to give results from tests. On average she takes 21 days to get back to you on your blood results or tests. This is a problem when she wants a retest in 4-6 weeks. So next tests have to be rescheduled. She also sends you for tests when they are not necessary. Retests blood work every 4-6 weeks, and new doctor from U of M says I only needed a yearly exam and ultrasound.
