I was unable to do an in-person appointment because I had symptoms of Covid and they are currently not seeing patients with any potential symptoms. The office immediately set up a virtual visit for me and it was smooth and effective. Dr. Romano signed on and we handled the appointment promptly. Although I would have preferred being seen in the office, the virtual option was appreciated. Dr. Romano is kind and knowledgeable. He explains things so they are easily understood. His calm demeanor is appreciated.
