Did my dad's back surgery,very professional, helpful,good work

Dr. Morreale did a good job fusing my spine in 2006 but left me with flat back syndrome and bulging disc above fusion. Too aggressive for me.

One stare because I could not leave less. My mother had back surgery by Dr Morreale. After 6 months, she told him she still can't stand up straight. He replied, "You just have to make yourself stand straighter." The bone fusion mix never set. They mixed it to dry/wet. Then, on top of that, he just did between 2 bottom discs. He didn't go high enough up the back that if the slurry did set, she would have still had problems above where he stopped. He is very unprofessional with his response. He didn't take her complaint seriously. So in the end she is worse than she started out when she first saw him. So now she has to do a redo.

I was told he had no bedside manner but that wasn’t true, he is just straight forward. He did surgery on my husband’s brain for a tumor. He was amazing!!! If it wasn’t for him , my husband wouldn’t be here! He hugged my husband on our last visit. He has also done surgery for two family members and a few friends. If you’re looking for a great surgeon, he’s your guy.!!!

Had spinal fusion. Now I need another 1 due 2 flat back Bcz of surgery

I had a fusion done by the Dr and he did a wonderful job. At my consultation he didn’t sugarcoat anything, he was direct and clear right to the point. He wasn’t dismissive or anything and he respected my decision. He is a man of few words but if you ask him anything he will answe. I am two days post op and already feeling better. He checked up on me before and after to make sure I was okay. His work speaks for himself and that is the most important thing. Most of the nurses here knew him and said he’s one of the best and I agree. He’s professional and if you’re looking for pain relief he is the best neurosurgeon. The team he has as well are super awesome. Julie was always on top of it!

I would like to thank Vittorio Morreale, his nurse practitioner Renee, Julie the scheduler and his awesome staff. I was having really bad back spasms and leg pain I ended up having back fusion done L3 to L2. My back spasms are gone and so is my leg pain all I have left to do is recovery and some physical therapy. Trust me when I tell you if I could give this man 10 Stars I would, thanks again doctor outstanding job.

Appointment was schedule for 11:30am but was not seen until 12:30pm. I was frustrated and I made a comment to the PA before the Doctor came into the room and I said something to the Doctor. He did not say anything about being behind (which I know it happens) but was real short with me and say "there is nothing I can do for you". Visit lasted maybe 5-7-minutes. This was a referral from my doctor which I will also be addressing as well.

Worst Doctors place. Very rude. They have you come to the office to just bill your insurance. My husband was in a MVA and Dr. MORREALE seen him. He have the worst bedside manner. He told us to follow up in 2 weeks but his staff told us 1 month. When we finally went into the office MORREALE walk in the room and literally said hi how are you. My husband said he was in a lot of pain. Next thing he said was let's do an xray. Xray was done and we went back into the room. A NP came in by the name of Rene. Explain to us that there is nothing else MORREALE need to do. Just to remind you he didn't do anything. He never assess my husband, never gave us the result of the xray and never explain to us why his symptoms getting worst. When I started to ask questions she became frustrated and basically told us that they will start physical therapy and follow up in 2 months or we can go elsewhere and she got up in walked out. Who talk to patient like that.

Never even made appointment! His staff was the rudest person I’ve ever talked to! Kept interrupting, spoke down about my PCP for referring me there, said if they didn’t know the process “they could call there and she could walk them through it”! And from reading other reviews Dr just as bad! I’m good I will find another Dr and told my PCP how they treated me and what they stated hopefully they will not refer anyone else there!
