I went for weight loss I have POS and thyroid problems was promised that I would lose weight. They have a one size fits all on the weight loss program. It will not work for everyone. Just cut back to hardly eat anything and you will lose weight and save your self a TON of money. Worst program ever.

RED FLAGS!!!! Website for weight loss is misleading - free consultation is a lie - a scheduler calls you to book an appointment for the consultation which cost $50. Website also says you don't need to go into the office but you have to pay $50 and go into the office for the consultation. The information the scheduler gives you is extremely vague. There's no medications/supplements/meal programs/exercise programs/calorie counting/etc. So, what exactly are you offering? When you try to look up reviews for MI Weight Loss, you can't find any but you can find review for MI Integrative Health but I don't need hip, back, etc. assistance. All I read about is attending seminars but not sure what the seminars are for, read that it is very expensive too. TOO MANY RED FLAGS!!! Read the reviews and I wouldn't recommend.

THANK YOU MICHIGAN INTEGRATED HEALTH!!! Dr Picard, thank you for listening, taking my condition seriously and offering treatment that none of my Canadian doctors even considered. Today my tingling in my feet is 90% improved and now focusing on getting proper use of my hands back. Their staff is amazing and truly care about results and your quality of life. Unlike here at home. Canadian health has no treatment options for people like me who have suffered side effects from the Pfizer Covid vaccine. Thankfully, things are improving and for that I am extremely grateful. The staff here is genuinely very caring and wanting the best outcome for their clients.

My right knee was swollen 24/7, woke me up in the night with shooting pain, I wasn’t sleeping and my mobility was getting worse. The pain and swelling was so constant I was taking up to 10 Advil per day. Having a knee replacement was something that I didn’t want to do as I would have months off work and weeks of therapy and then likely have to have it done again in my lifetime. No thanks! I received my first umbilical cord knee injection on Nov. 14, 2022. This first shot I noticed an immediate improvement and had no trouble or pain driving 2 hours home which normally would be brutal! However, unfortunately, this didn’t last and shortly thereafter the pain was there but not quite as constant. Dr. Picard explained that it takes at least 3 months to build new tissue so I had to be patient! My booster shot took place on Dec. 12, 2022 and over the next month I would have days when the swelling, pain and pressure was much better but then other days whereby I had to take Advil. I did not do any exercises during this time. I was still very concerned that the $8,000 CDN was not going to be worth it. I was still taking Advil but not as often. I also started back on my Omega 3’s (2) (900 mg) caps per day) Costco have them and only $20. 2 per day unless you have rheumatoid arthritis and then they recommended 4 caps. It’s on the bottle. Finally I went back for my final 3rd booster shot on January 9, 2023. It is now Feb. 12, 2023 and I am thrilled and so so happy to tell you I have not been taking any Advil, my knee is 97% pain free 100% of the time! I can also kneel, bend down (wiped all my baseboards today) and the swelling in my knee has reduced by about 85% or more. I am extatctic with my results and no surgery. My curiousity is how long will this las? Will this last for life? I am so great full for Dr. Picard in encouraging me to be patient. I expect new tissue will continue to grow and I will see more results. I can now keep up to my grandchildren without pain . My mobility was becoming a major concern for me as all I was able to do was sit. I now have my life back and do not regret paying. Just wish Canada would do more clinical trials to be able to get this covered by OHIP as so many waiting for knee surgery and surgery is not necessary!!! I didn’t miss one day of work! My gratitude to Dr. Picard and his team for taking such great care of me and the personal calls from Dr. Picard to explain all of my concerns early on. Do not read or listen to negative comments on here. They are wrong and could have been posted by a pharmaceutical company ! Who knows. I highly recommend umbilical cord stem cell therapy to anyone! The care that I receive from Michigan Integrative Health is excellent. Dr. Picard and the staff are friendly and always ensure that I am properly informed, so I can succeed with weight loss. I have no concerns in recommending them to family and friends.

Exceptional knowledge and service. There is no doubt in my mind that they care about helping you solve your problems. In my case I wanted to discuss three years of chronic back pain. After an hour and a half of physical testing plus ex-rays I left with a plan. I was very happy with my visit and am 75% sure I will follow through with their recommendation sometime in the near future. Thanks for making my long drive from Canada worthwhile.

So far down 12 lbs with the holiday dieting. Been able to maintain my weight loss. Very happy with my results so far.

This office offers real solutions at affordable prices. The staff here are great. I highly recommend this business!

I applied for contract work with this Office for Dr. Roy Picard. It seemed like a good opportunity to supplement my income. I was told I’d be needed twice a week on certain days. I was committed to those days and took the opportunity. It got to a point where they stopped reaching out to me for work. I had to contact them. I reached out on a weekly basis to see if he needed me, so I can plan my schedule accordingly. No one ever decided to get back to me. Finally, I reached Dr. Picard who said he no longer needed me. Didn’t think he had any responsibly to tell me this. Instead decided to waste my time and energy that could have been spent on someone else who would have valued my time and effort. Very very unprofessional, I was extremely disappointed, however not shocked after seeing his true colors. The guy doesn’t care about anyone but himself. As long as he’s getting paid at the end of the day, that’s all he cares about. Just a Heads up if you go to this place for a job opportunity. Don’t waste your time helping this guy!
