If you care about your health , avoid Bronson South Haven entirely. A constant parade of new physicians and staff means zero continuity and knowledge of your needs. Until some structural changes are made , just go elsewhere.

Can't even to get in to see my own doctor. I get sick once a year.. they want me to go to urgent care because they can't see me.. yet they will not take care of the cost. Spoke to nurse triage and she seemed it an emergency to be seen.... Yet no one will see me. What a joke.

Have had a terrible time w/scheduling lately ! I have severely hurt my lower back about two weeks ago. I called at that time and they claimed they could get me in THAT afternoon. I was over-joyed, struggled to get down there with a cane and the receptionist informs me my appointment was in two weeks ! Why would I agree to that ? I proceeded to the Emergency-room for service. So, I called last week for a followup to this situation, appointment this morning @ 8:30am, I even commented to the operator I thought they weren't open until 9:00am, she said NO, they open @ 8:00am. Crawled in there in pain again, and guess what, the appointment timing was wrong again !!! I do not have time to dance around incorrect scheduling, I am in pain and hate going in the first place. The receptionist @ the office claim its the Kalamazoo switchboard......I don't care, this is a very poor way to run any business !!!

I have been seeing Ruth McDowell for over 20 years. I couldn’t ask for a better PA. She is friendly, knowledgeable and treats me like she really cares. Her assistant Beth is wonderful too. Beth is so sweet and helpful. Last time I was there Beth went and got a wheelchair without me asking her to. She followed closely behind me in case I couldn’t make it all the way out to the car with my walker. Good thing she did! All of a sudden I just couldn’t make it and sat down gratefully in the wheelchair. Everyone there is friendly and helpful. I hope Ruth never retires!
