This place was awful 30 years ago, and even with a new hospital and owned by bronson they have literally only 1 doctor in the ER. Our kid has been screaming in the waiting room for 3 hours, unable to see a doctor yet. Friday night, awful staffing.

Exceptional Care at Bronson South Haven Hospital/ER department Our experience at Bronson South Haven Hospital /Emergency Department on the night of December 2nd, 2023, was remarkable. The night shift team was warm, efficient, and notably professional, turning a distressing situation into a manageable one. Particularly, head nurse Amy O. stood out. Her deep knowledge, empathy, and excellent communication skills ensured we understood every step of the treatment, providing comfort amidst chaos. Despite being far from home, they made us feel welcome and reassured. In short, Bronson South Haven Hospital and Amy O.'s exceptional care turned our daunting ordeal into a bearable experience, for which we are profoundly grateful..

If a Dr doesn't like you ,they mess with your kids to ,been waiting since June for a persription for my son,now I had to take my daughter to er and still almost a week later no call back,...yet totally heartless,my daughter has something seriously wrong and they won't even call back

I brought my 13 year old grandson who suffered a crushing foot injury to ER at 7:30 PM. We waited 2 hrs. In waiting room, 2 hrs. In patient room, after X-rays another 3 hrs. To get results. It is now 1:06 AM and still no dr. To be found! No excuse for a small town hospital.
