He had no bedside manner, didn't explain what the pain I was having could be caused from or why I was bleeding again after 8 years. Was not willing to listen to my thoughts, since it's only my body. Made a knee jerk decision to re-run a test that cost me almost a $1000.00 only to tell me it wasn't a gynecological problem and I needed to see a different doctor. At my second opinion to this disaster appointment, not only did the doctor explain why I was bleeding she also confirmed my pain was the one thing that he said it couldn't be. Don't waste your time or money seeing him.

It seems like everytime I try to schedule an appointment to see Dr. Winter, there is no available times except for a week and a half to 2 weeks out. When I would finally get in to see him, he sits across the room asking questions, never checks out heart or lungs as I had serious pneumonia. And then sends you off without any paperwork for blood work. I will be switching Doctors to another office as you mention this to front staff and they just shrug their shoulders. I believe my health and my life are more important than a doctor that doesn't care

Not very interested in health issues of a 63yr old. But very ready to write a prescription. I told him I did not have insurance and he wrote a prescription for $360 cream, which I didn't know until I got to the pharmacy, and could not afford it. My whole visit here was a waste of money and time.

I have been a patient of Dr. Winters for over 11 years. Had natural child birth with both my babies, and dr. Winter delivered one of them. He has a wonderful bedside manner! I originally was on Medicaid with my first born and never had a problem! Had wonderful prenatal care with both pregnancies!
