Would not recommend PERIOD! I’m almost out of medicine and she won’t even order the necessary labs to see if my dosage is correct before refilling. Unbelievable!

I have been seeing Dr. Heinrich since she began her practice in South Haven. She is thorough, and has taken good care of my health for many years. She takes time to explain what she is doing for me and why, and answers my questions. I feel she cares about my overall health and am grateful for her part in keeping me healthy.

Not the greatest doctor if you want someone to actually help resolve health problems. She chased off my previous doctor and I was stuck with her for a long period of time. Don't mind someone being direct, but she just likes to quote "standard of care", and then basically do nothing to actually fix your problem. I like a doctor who will go above and beyond for my health and she just won't do that.

Kind of rude. Doesn't believe in anything, but pharmaceuticals. May listen to you, but in the end doesn't really fix the problem. You could go to her antibiotics, but chronic issue such as thyroid and other autoimmune issues she is not well versed. It's sad she is this old and is still only a "basic" doctor.

This woman has been a doctor for too long. She is old school and that isn't always bad, but she doesn't treat her patients as an individual. She is quick to dish out pharmaceuticals. She also has kind a bad attitude and it is known that she has chased many good doctors for Bronson over the past few years.

After my first appointment I wondered why and how Dr. Sue is working in a tiny town like ours. She just cares about people...no matter who you are or where you came from. She is brilliant and remembers and writes down everything you tell her.
