This Dr would not see me as a new patient because I don’t get the recommended yearly mammograms. Shouldn’t I have a choice to get this done? I don’t want to expose my self to radiation once a year. When did recommendation turn in a forced thing? Unbelievable!! What will it be next?

I gave more than one star because my family and I have been going there a while and have had some good experiences. With that said, we've also had some unreasonably bad experiences as well. If you go there I highly reccomend the female doctor over the male, just my advice. However the main reason why we left is that when I was there with my daughter I asked the female doctor if she would ever recommend that a child transition to other genders than what they were born as. The question didn't pertain to my family but I wanted to understand where she stood as a philosophy. Her answer made it clear that while she does not reccomend kids transition physically, mentally she does recommend it at times. While she may not be the worst out there, she is not qualified to be our doctor anymore. I told her that if I wasn't confident that she knew the difference between male and female, I was also not confident in the rest of her medical advice. It's sad but this is where we're at these days.

Who ever runs their office is horrible, would not recommend them at all. Extremely unprofessionally run office. It's a shame, I liked the doctors but the administrative and billing needs to be replaced.

Dr. Eberhardt truly cares about her patients. She is personable and takes the time to listen and connect. She is incredibly responsive to messages sent through the Beaumont medical portal. The staff in the office really seem to work well together. I know I will be cared for whenever I visit.

I have been going to this office since it first opened. My husband, son, and parents go here as well. I have been so pleased with Dr. Eberhardt and the entire staff at this office.

Dr. Eberhardt is so easy to talk to and she listens!! Very pleased with her and her staff. Friendly and efficient!!

Dr. Eberhardt is very caring and provides the best healthcare for patients; she is extremely passionate about her work and patient care is the highest priority. The staff have been extremely responsive and always return calls promptly with the doctor's instructions. I would recommend this team to anyone looking for a primary care physician.
