I didn’t even get past the phone call to make an appointment. The girls put me on hold 4 times, they didn’t know if the insurance was excepted, and they were extremely rude!! The girl was chomping on something in my ear as she was talking, she was talking down to me and just plain rude!! Such a disappointment.

I had my first visit with Dr. Brennan's Office today (5-7-2021) I had a 100% positive experience. The Office staff is professional, kind and caring. Dr. Brennan was all of that and more. I am so relieved that I found an Office that understands my concerns. A+++++++

Dr Brennan is extremely personable and always knowledgeable with any issue my family brings. He remembers us. He remembers our history. Problems are addressed immediately and solved quickly. We couldn't ask for anybody better. By far, the best doctor I have ever had.

A great doctor who always seems to get it right. I will probably be changing doctors though because I absolutely dread dealing with his staff. Some of them are the rudest, most inefficient people you'll ever have to deal with. I don't know why he allows this.
