While the doctor was nice the one time I was able to be seen, they called me a week before my appointment and told me I’d have to reschedule it, even though I’d been waiting over a month at that point to be seen because their wait times are so long. When I called back, admittedly frustrated, the staff was rude, tried to rush me off the phone, refused to listen to or answer any of my questions, and tried to lecture me when I called back to ask to speak with the office manager. I’ve since found another office that can see me in little over a week, and the staff was much nicer.

Tecnician did a very nice job on taking the carotid artery info. Dr. Boules did a good job explaining the results and future.

I've seen Dr. Reddy several times and he is always very thorough. He asks questions to understand if I have any issues and he always asks if I have any questions at the end of the visit to make sure we are on the same page with my care plan. His office staff is always nice and friendly. One other thing is that Dr. Reddy is typically prompt with his appointments. I haven't sat in the waiting room or exam room longer than 10 minutes.

So so nice to get treated with respect. Yet again I question why anyone would put up with Beaumont prejudice and U of M red tape when Ascension Doctors and hospitals are so great.
