Definitely extremely angry right now. I did as instructed got blood work a week prior to my procedure. Showed up on time was prepped and ready when I was told they couldnt do the procedure due to low platelet count. Which should've been noticed in the blood work that was done when it was reviewed, but it wasn't reviewed. My doctor's office sent it over but according to Dr Shahs office they had a outage and didnt get it. Don't you think I shouldve been called prior to me getting completely prepped telling me we don't have your blood work? My wife missed work, I missed work and we're supposed to be ok with that? I'm very angry, this never should've happened. I better not receive a bill of any kind for today or I will hire an attorney.

While Dr Shah is amazing his staff in Southfield is not. Very poor patient service. Never answers phone. They never return calls to book appointments. Impossible to call the Southfield office.

I was referred to you and trying to get an appointment. It has been 5 days and nobody has contacted me to schedule an appointment. I do no understand why your people cannot just schedule me. They apparently need to send my information to someone that can schedule me but that person does not call back I have heart problems and if you cannot help please just say so and I will go to someone else. Every time I call they just put me on hold. Very frustrating

I fought A-fib for years. My cardiologist recommended Dr. Shah for surgery. Dr. Shah is compassionate and very professional. He meticulously performed surgery on me and it has now been one year. I'm in rhythm and feel great. Highly recommend Dr. Shah.
