CENA Delana is very caring and attentive. CENAs Tiffany and Valencia are funny, friendly and made this process much easier. Valencia took me down to ice cream and brought me back. CENAs Tracey and Savannah are hard working, helpful and kind. Nurses Asia, Basil, and Brittany have been great overall. The Unit Clerk, Tameka created such a good rapport with me. I was excited to show her my progress with walking. Tyree is the “handle business” guy and is very helpful as well. Angela, Peru, Cody, Justin, Kesha, Rahan and Wendy are the best therapists! Dionne in Customer Service is amazing!

My daughter’s care at Evergreen was very good. Everybody was very nice and friendly. Therapy did a great job! The nurses and aides did an overall really good job. Management was very cooperative in solving problems. I would bring my daughter back here for care and I would recommend people to come here.

This is my third time at Evergreen and every time I looked at other facilities, I still chose Evergreen. This facility is orderly and consistent. helps me get back into a rhythm. I!m definitely leaving better than when I came.

Salma, the Physical Therapist, Nurse Marlena, Nurse Keba and the aide Diamond, kept me sane at Evergreen. They all deserve a five star for how they took care of me. ❤️

A very enjoyable, comfortable place for rehabilitation. It's clean, the staff is very attentive, the food is not bad, and if you have met Dionne Gideon, you have met an angel.

There are a lot of nice people here. The nurses that work with my mom are very attentive. The aides learn my mom and take care of her, even the young ones. The facility is nice and clean. Joel in Activities is very good. He is funny and very interactive. He is also very patient with the residents. He looks after their safety. You also have a very knowledgeable young lady in Customer Service. She has a great personality and always helpful.
