Friendly and attentive staff from the moment I walked in the door. Dr. Gladstone was informative, thorough and professional and friendly, as well. Consultation was scheduled out, a bit, but surgery has been scheduled much quicker than anticipated. I feel calm and confident that surgery will go well and achieve my desired results. The 50+ miles between the office and my home has been worth it!
