*The admitting staff was pleasant, professional, and thorough. *Dr. Shapiro was quick, direct, and did a thorough exam of my knee before directing me to get an MRI. *The gentleman who took my information for the MRI had a wonderful personality. *Overall and as always it is a pleasure to be cared for in the office.
