very clean facility. the staff does an excellent job, especially Nona and Keith. As with any facility doing this work to help the elderly, especially dementia patients, problems do occur. But the staff works very hard to keep families informed and provide answers and solutions.

I had initial concerns upon my mother’s arrival, but Administration rectified the issue within 1 hour. There have been no issues ever since and I’m very pleased with the care she’s receiving. I am usually there 1-2x per day and the facility is always clean, which is much appreciated compared to a previous facility. Lastly, the staff is always courteous from Administration to the Front Desk! Special shoutouts to Adm. Mary, Dr. Alex, Daeja, Brittney, & the nurses/staff Level 2(Rms..250-274)!
