Very clean, great staff
Dr. Drelles and his staff are awesome! Very friendly as HQPT looks forward to working with this team in the future. Very professional and offers new techniques to get you back on your feet in quicker time!
Dr Drelles has helped me greatly . The shooting pain I had in my right leg has been relieved. So thankful I found Dr. Drelles and his team
Dr Drellis is a top notch physician along with his staff.
Every single person I met today was polite, friendly and helpful. Dr Drelles spent time with me explaining previous test results so I could understand them, and explained all my options. I really felt he cared about me as a person, which is rare in my experience. I’m so happy I found him and his staff, I have nothing but positive things to say...
Dr Derelles is an exceptional pain doctor.
I was scheduled for an injection. The staff gave me a date , which I programmed into my phone, so I wouldn’t forget!! I received 2 reminder notices and was confused so I contacted the front desk and specifically asked if I had an appt the 7th or 8th. I was told that I have an appt on the 8th, and that I should be there an hour early for the injection and would need a ride, (While I live in MI most of my family lives in GA, the family I do have here is my father who was recently diagnosed with cancer, and so I just can’t ask him right now (since I cannot Uber because hospital policy dictates that the ride must stay on the premises during the procedure). So I had to find a ride for the 8th (FYI they don’t even do injections on Thursday’s which is what the 8th is, Would have been a good indicator when I called to verify the appt) . now, because I originally thought the appt was on the 7th, which I had to call the original ride who has to work on the morning of the 8th, so she could not take me and I had to call about 4-5 different people to attempt to pay someone just to sit there and give me a ride? (And so finally the husband of a friend of my moms offered to give me a ride). I had it all set up. The very next day (10/6) I received a phone call from the Dr’s office and it was a Nurse asking Verify the appt for the 7th? I about lost it. I asked what appointment? I stated that I called yesterday to get confirmation, that my appointment was on the 8th and not the 7th. So A, the front desk woman screwed up and did not check the 7th to make sure I didn’t have an appointment and B,) when I explained that I could not get a ride and needed to cancel the appointments (both the 7th and 8th). Because I could not find a ride, the woman asked if I could hold and I explained that I was at work and couldn’t be placed on hold for that long , and asked if she would just call me back, this was at 12:30pm, and they close at 4pm. Well it’s 3:30pm and still no call, so I call up there to find out what’s going on. The nurse gets on the line and says they were just calling me to remind me of my appointment tomorrow and that you have to be here an hour early. Once again I just lost it, and raised my voice and was extremely upset to find out that my appointments were never cancelled, that injection was actually scheduled for the 7th, and that the appointment on the 8th was a follow up appointment that I did not need as I had just seen the doctor a week prior. The doctor then got on the phone, and I explained everything to him, about why I was upset and the treatment by his staff which I thought was rude and unprofessional, I was extremely upset and not in a good place at all. I admit my voice was raised but I felt after what they had put me through I had a right to vent my frustration. The doctor claimed that I was yelling at him which I said that I was upset, I didn’t call him names , and I wasn’t swearing. I have an anxiety disorder which he knows about and was extremely excitable because of the stress that was being forced upon me by his staff not able to read or schedule properly! The doctor then threatened me stating that he would discontinue or doctor patient relationship as I was yelling at him. (I might explain that I have been in a lot pain recently, my pain increased a significant amount over the past 2 months , and with the increased pain and stress, the recent diagnosis of cancer for my dad, I had also been having some issues at work , and recently started seeing a psychiatrist due to my depression reaching a breaking point, while Dr Drelles knew all these factors he was still willing to cut me off and didn’t even apologize about what his staff had put me through. His only comments were that he doesn’t bring his personal life into the office, and he would never yell at me, and the other comment was that his staff has been reduced due to COVID and that people make mistakes. I tired of living in fear of retribution for being honest and speaking up. Edit: As frustrating as this was it was resolved and moved on.
Not good. Treats patients very poorly. Rude staff. Never calls back when asked. Not enough staff to handle patients. Often feel they are not trying to help, only want to get you out the door. Only care about themselves and it’s clear they do not care about their patients.
This doctor was so good at listening and truly made me feel like he heard what was going on with my situation. I am grateful for all of his attention and care.
Well........ where do I start???!! From the appt. scheduling to the secretary to the p.c.a. Patient care associate to the x-ray person to the nurse practitioner to the man himself Dr. Drelles...!!! They’re all awesome and god..... professional! I’ve been in pain for 2 years and have seen 4 physicians that just didn’t care like these guy’s.. I recommend Dr. Drelles and Nicole to anyone who wants to know the truth about what’s going on with there body! ✌🏿👋🏿👋🏿✌🏿To the whole staff & thank you!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
