He is young, talented, caring and provides excellent care. Gives you options and true speak so that you can make informed decisions about your care. My elderly mother sees this doctor and he has been a God send. He listens to her concerns and let's her know what best options are for her health based on her age.

I went to both a Urgent Care and HFHS ER at about 1am on a Friday morning, only to be given Tylenol and sent home with swollen tonsils and rapidly expanding blisters on my throat. I was told to gargle salt water and drink tea and it'll resolve itself. First thing Monday morning I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Neumann through a reference to the ENT clinic. At this point my throat is slowly closing even with my gargled salt water and constant doeses of Tylenol and Motrin! Dr. Neumann's appointment took 30 minutes and he put me on what I, not a medical professional, would considering an aggressive treatment of medicated mouthwash, steroids and antibiotics. After completing the first day of antibiotics and steroids my blisters are halfway gone (from eyesight) and I can swallow without grinding my teeth. He was calm, quick and knowledgeable. He didn't waist a second of my time and insisted 3 times I must come back in 1 week to see what the next step is, but regardless I am grateful. I truly thought this would become an emergency surgery situation. So thank you Dr. Neumann.

I could not have been happier with all the interactions I had with Dr. Neumann and the team at his office. Dr. Neumann was extremely patient, attentive, and caring. I had sinus surgery then started allergy treatment leaving me feeling better than I have in over a decade but possibly my entire life.

All I can say is dr.Neumann is Amazing!! I went to a different doctor prescribed drops etc No HELP!!! I couldn’t hear anything I felt like the left side of my face was not there ear clogged ringing tinnitus, I was going through hell for 3 weeks! Today august 4 2022, I walked out of the office hearing every single thing no symptoms at all. So thankful for this doctor, I will most definitely recommend to all my family and friends. This was my first visit with Dr. Neumann. I was seeing Dr. Stone before, but due to his passing, I'm seeing Dr. Neumann. He was very pleasant, listened to my concerns, checked me out and gave me instructions to resolve my issues. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. I'm glad and satisfied with his care and this office.
