I was referred to Dr. Neumann, and he is the best of the best. Extremely knowledgeable & personable from start to finish. Between your consultation, surgery, and post op appointments. His surgery methods are also innovative and he tries to make everything as smooth as possible. After healing from surgery, I can breathe a million times better than I even thought was possible. Thank you Dr. Neumann, I highly recommend!

Wish I could give 0 start for both The so called Dr. Neumann and few of his staff specifically (shantila) it took us 58 minutes to be seen and when he came into the room he didn’t even say anything just looked at me and was like how can help you? Seriously?!! My first visit with any other doctors they be so willing to show how much they care to the patients at least make a good first impression!!! Beside the doctor, the rudest and unprofessional staff shantila. This girl show not just get fired but also never work in a place that represents a doctor or any other place that she’s the face to it. Zero respect zero attention zero attitude. If she doesn’t like her job then leave and get a life rather than making patients suffer with pain and you are not willing to help them. shantila You’re rude and disrespectful! Never going back to that stupid scam office! Save your money and look for different doctors that are professional and their staff are willing to help you not hang.up or scream at you on the phone.

Waiting time was minimal. I was seen relatively close to my appointment time which is appreciated. Dr Neumann is thorough and takes the time to go over all options and answer all questions. He is genuinely concerned about his patients.
