Impossible to talk to post surgery without an appointment and unable to get one for weeks. Office staff refuse to contact Dr Bono, and assured us he'd review a new MRI disc, only to be told 3 days later that he won't look at it for another week. Extremely disappointed in the unprofessionalism and lack of ability to get through. Numerous messages left for 'surgical' team, and absolutely no returned calls or follow up. It's pretty bad when you're in more pain 4 months post surgery, and you're ignored my him and his office.

I thoroughly researched different spine/back surgeons in the area and also in the United States to find a surgeon I would feel confident in to operate on my low back. Dr. Bono was an easy choice for me and he did not disappoint. My Surgery was a huge success and it's only been a month and I can already tell it's going to be a life changer. I know you hear horror stories about back surgeries and you try to avoid surgery @ all costs, but you're in great hands(literally) with Dr. Bono. I would highly recommend Dr. Bono. The entire experience from my first appointment to surgery and beyond with him and his awesome staff has only confirmed in my mind that I made the best damn choice!!

After a work injury I was in sever pain. Other doctors said there was nothing wrong with me. Dr. Bono took my complaints seriously and found that 2 artificial disc from a previous surgery had failed as well as a disc above was bulging into my spinal cord. Thanks to Dr. Bono, I’m now on the path to healing and getting my life back as well as starting a new job.

Dr. Bono and team performed a C4 & C5 fusion in February 2022. After experiencing pain for roughly two (2) years and speaking with my primary doctor it was a go! The office team is excellent, always receptive to my calls and questions. Realizing that it's not an easy decision undergoing surgery on your spine, but Dr. Bono set expectations and results from the start. I am pleased with the outcome of my surgery and the ability to be feel of the past pain. Overall, I could not have made a better selection of a class act team of caring medical professionals.

Dr. Bono is a gifted surgeon who remains humble and kind. We were referred to Dr. Bono from a good friend of ours. My mother is 92 years young and has suffered from chronic back and leg pain from a botched back surgery in 2016. I convinced her to consult with Dr. Bono and he took her case. It was a major surgery for someone her age, but 7 months post surgery, we think she grew an inch (because he straighten her spine). She is walking all around her home no longer complaining about pain and living life to its fullest. Thank you Dr. Bono and staff for your work and care you provided to my mother. We will miss seeing you, but are glad it is all behind us.

Dr. Bono did a great job fixing my back, and has been following up with me regarding new issues. He is wonderful. The amount of time taken to explain what is happening and how to help remedy the discomfort I feel from it. He has a lovely sense of humor, no drama, which I appreciate. He spends plenty of time explaining and going over questions. I highly recommend Dr. Bono if you need your spine looked at. Thank you Dr. Bono!

My husband was referred to Dr. Bono and from start to finish he was the most caring, sincere, and straight-forward surgeon. With Dr. Bono there in no pretense; just great work and follow-through in terms of results and care. The office is run impeccably. Every question and detail is attended to . You know you are in good hands when you are seen and treated by Dr. Bono. We could not have asked for a better referral for my husband's situation and we are grateful for the successful results achieved by Dr. Bono's detailed surgery.

Just called today to see if Dr. Bono or Dr. soo accept my insurance . I called around 8:30 AM and it’s Thursday May 19th. The girl who answers the phone was very rude and was rushing me. I explain that this is my 3rd back surgery and I’m lookin for the right doctor and this is a he’s step for me to schedule my 3rd back surgery etc. as I was looking for my card to book the appointment she asked if I wanted to call back? I said why? She said when you have your insurance Info. We were maybe On the phone for 5 mins. I’m no longer going to seek help from this practice. Not a good sign for me. Get better help to represent you. You guys are rated Top!!! No Thanks

Dr. Bono did my spinal fusion surgery successfully, but many mistakes with office staff, hard to get through on the telephone to make appointments or talk to anyone in reception area. They make appointments & the doctor is not there that day, they lose important information, office staff is quite inept, just letting you know, if you go to Dr. Bono, it will be a lot of aggravation to deal with, good luck! Last time for my appointment, Dr. Bono was way over an hour late to see me, my appointment went horrible for many reasons, too numerous to mention, had to reschedule for another appointment in two weeks to finally see the doctor, after trying for five months to get results of my back CD scan grrr 😖

I have been a patient of Dr. Bono since 2013. During that time he has performed 3 surgeries on my neck and lower back. Each time Dr. Bono and his entire staff were patient, professional and kind. Whenever I saw Dr. Bono I never felt rushed he would always answer all of mine and my wife’s questions. Most importantly the surgeries that Dr. Bono performed on me were 100 percent successful. I am pain free thanks to Dr. Bono. I highly recommend Dr. Bono without any reservations. He and his entire staff are amazing.
