Dr. Reid is an amazing dentist who provides friendly, personal, professional care. Ive been going to Dr. Reid for over 4 years. When she moved her office from Allen Park to Southfield I just had to continue going to her, despite the longer drive. Shes that good!

Both my mother and myself had the same experience when getting a filling and it was terrible. The hygienist incorrectly shot the novocaine into a nerve. I had pain shooting up my face and into my right eye. When the hygienist came back into check on me I mentioned what was going on and she told me I was just being dramatic. They then sent me home after and I had to close my right eye to drive properly. This was in 2013 and it made me not visit a dentist for 4 years. My mother had the SAME experience two years later and they called her later to make sure she came home and told her to visit the hospital if the symptoms continued. They should be shut down. This is a horrible place. Do not go here.

Very disappointed with the office staff... Very rude and condescending. The dental staff are appropriate, however I will not recommend this office nor will I initiate braces for my son at this office.

Nice to go to a dentist office that can explain my insurance to me. I have read my information package my employer and had no idea.The staff was wonderful they spent so much time with me I almost felt bad that I had other people had been waiting.If you ever had questions about anything this is the place for answers.
