List of Sheila Ray's Reviews
Absolutely wonderful group of doctors and staff. I just wish their place of business was bigger so they could have more patients to work with and the wait wouldn't be as long!
States online accepts Medicare/ Medicaid and DOES NOT , PATIENT RESPONSIBLE FOR 20% OF VISIT Don't waste your time
Took my 2 year old to see Dr. Ray about recurring ear infections. She was kind and compassionate and made my daughter feel at ease. She was so wonderful with my daughter I decided to see her as well. She was kind and listened to my issues. Diagnosed issue and now working with Lisa. Lisa has been a Saint. She listens to your feedback, works with you to make sure your devices are working to your satisfaction...she has done Zoom cwith the vendor to help make the tweaks necessary for me to be happy. Office staff are great as well. I have not had a negative experience since I started going there.
Dr Ray is amazing and always can get in to see her right way. Staff is super nice. Dr Ray has been great and very helpful when I have seen her. I would highly recommend her over anyone else. She actually listens to you when you are explaining what's wrong.. she tries to do everything she can to help you no matter what! Thank you Dr Ray for everything!!
Never been there, just know their employees take up a bunch of parking space on the street i live on. Extremely rude to another neighbor when asked if they could use their own parking lot. People have lawn care services and trash pick up they block so i hope this gets fixed sooner rather than later.
Dr. Ray, Char and Lisa, are the ony ladies I know by name. These ladies are top notch and professional. I am incredibly grateful to them.
Discussing holiday scheduling and personal holiday plans while patients wait to be seen is completely inappropriate, unprofessional and disrespectful of the patient's time. After scheduling the first appointment of the day to avoid any lengthy wait time, I still sat waiting for over 30 minutes while conversations continued. I am a health care provider and was so incredibly disappointed in the lack of regard given to the patient's time.
She has been a "SuperHero" to our family over the years (from my daughter's hearing issues when she was a young child to discovering, diagnosing and eliminating a nasty cancer (differential carcinoma) in my throat. She is such a professional, has some of the best staff in her office and with the ability to test my hearing - and such a wonderful tech, my whole family is grateful to have her so close to our home. Thank you Dr. Ray!!!
I’ve always had best care from dr Ray and audiologist Lisa
Dr. may be good but staff sucks. My mom's hearing aids needed repairs and it was my first time at that office. At the reception desk, 3 girls worked on their laptops so I had a profile view of them. I stood there a few seconds trying to figure out who was going to greet me. Finally, a girl glanced at me and asked if I was a new patient. I told them no, I was there for my mom's hearing aids. No answer. They all continued to work and I'm trying to figure out who exactly is going to greet me. Finally she asks me my mom's name again without looking at me and continuing her typing. I told her and then nothing, no response. I stood there in silence and still not being looked at. I then told her that when someone decides to look at me and say something that I would be in the waiting room. As I walked into the waiting room she responded with ...well she is getting her file. In the back room I was treated nicely and respectfully. This woman was wonderful. But those front desk girls need to understand that they work in an office where patients are hard of hearing. They depend on your facial expressions and lip movements. Second, it is rude for any person not to be looked at when being spoken to. Third, my dad has spent thousands of dollars which probably pays your wages and to be treated so rudely in unacceptable. Fourth, your job is to greet people. So do so.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
