Dr. Mala Bathija's Online Review Report Card

I have been a patient of Dr Bathija for over 7 years. Dr Bathija and her staff have always been attentive to my medical needs, providing excellent and knowledgeable care. Like most people with insurance, I have paid deductibles and copays, as required by most doctors and hospitals. In today's world, it seems to be a normal part of medical expenses, Thank you, Dr Bathija, for caring for me all these years.

Told me there was a $400 deductable which had to be paid up front. Never was anything turned in to Medicare to go to my deductable through Medicare. Now they want to know if I have a supplement to Medicare. I guess this bill was not even turned into my supplement for reimbursement. After I got the treatment to see what I was allergic to, they told me Medicare would not pay for any allergy shots. What was the point in even finding out what I was allergic to. I should have left as soon ad they told me it was $400 up front. I would not recommend them. I asked them if they accept assignment from Medicare & they did not know what I was talking about. Now they tell me they charge up front because it takes too long to get reimbursed.

I was told before my appointment by the employee that I had "great insurance and owe nothing for the allergy test." I was then billed $1020 for the appointment. Now the staff and doctor will not even speak to me regarding this issue. Just pay up. Horrible service. Do not recommend.

Doctor is nice and polite. I visited for my nine months old son. She answers all questions. She need to be examine the patient in more detail

I had been suffering with allergies for so many years. Dr. Bathija spent significant time taking my history and listening to me. So many physicians now a days just want to come in and out of the exam room. Dr. Bathija spend a great deal of time listening to all my concerns was able to diagnose my allergies and treated me with allergy shots. For the first time in my life with Dr. Bathija's help, I feel like I have control over my life and my allergies.

She is an amazing doctor. Whenever my allergies are acting up or I keep having reactions they get me in right away. I couldn’t ask for a better allergist than her. And her stuff is so friendly and nice. They really make you feel like your family.

My son is getting shots with Dr. Bathija. After 1 year on shots, he is doing much better! Little league baseball in the spring in fun again for him.

Dr. Bathija and her staff made me feel very comfortable during my visits by taking the time to listen to my concerns and explain in terms that I could understand.

I went to see Dr. Bathija for my daughter who has suspected allergies. She was very thorough and answered all my questions. After skin testing, she found that my daughter has pollen and dust allergies and gave me lots of info to minimize dust exposure. She said shots would be last line of treatment for my daughter's allergies if medicines and avoidance does not work. Her office staff was very friendly and made my daughter's visit a pleasant experience.

Dr Bathija is a wonderful physician who listens to all your concerns. She gives you the time and consideration you deserve.
