I took my husband there for a 2nd opinion, and was rushed thru appointment by physician and told the office would contact us to schedule a surgery within 1-2 weeks. That was 4 weeks ago and we have never heard from them. We went to University of Michigan and they scheduled him immediately and got him in for surgery.I have worked in the medical field for 30 years and have never seen such incompetence.

Unprofessional Nurse and staff. Trying to explain problem from visit 5 days before "I have other patients" Previous call to make appointment unprofessional because she did not know what procedure I was trying to make an appointment for as directed by the Doctor, after a "Jesus Christ" and checking with the Doctor got an appointment.

This doctor has been the worst doctor I ever met in my life. He would not listen to anything I had to say and kept cutting me off. He would not listen to my medical history. My symptoms. Never looked at a chart or my blood test. He was very rude even before he came into my room. Including an old woman in the room next to me and his staff. The best way to describe this guy is rude does not want to hear what you have to say. Has no empathy. Is very rushed and makes you feel like there's no hope when you leave. Horrible bedside manner. This guy should not be a doctor

The girl who was at the check in point, was rude, consdescending. This girl was accusing my mother of lying! This outraged me and my mother, she had a bad attitude, No communication skills and was just a nasty person.

I was a patient of Dr. Guz for 5 + years. He was always friendly, funny and professional. The practice in Utica is very busy but they do there best to help you promptly

I am very satisfied with Dr Brian gaz he answered my questions thoroughly I am satisfied I always bring in my symptoms that way I will have them answered doctors are always very busy I would advise any patients to bring in their symptoms I'm sure then you will be satisfied
