Competent,Compassionate and Personable Back Doctor - In my communications with Dr. Sidhu, I trusted him instinctively, he listens well, he is very analytical and explains clearly in addition to setting realistic expectations. I did not feel rushed. He is conservative in his approach and pushed me to do Physical Therapy for my neck and upper back pain issues, which has helped a lot! Met Dr Sidhu for consult April 3, 2023. He was very informative and professional and requested and answered all of my questions. He explained my problem and the corrective process very clearly. Surgery was scheduled for May 16 and happened exactly as described and I was very well taken care of. I was home by 1 pm on the day of my surgery which began at 9 am. I am 2 weeks post op and my recovery is going very well. Met for follow up with Dr Sidhu and again he was very informative and requested and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend Dr. Sidhu to anyone who needs spine surgery to resolve a problem that cannot be corrected any other way. He has given me another chance of a quality of life. Thx so much Dr. Sidhu

Believing that I had a sports related injury, I was far along with my herniated disc before I sought care, MRI, and inevitably surgery. I was in extreme pain leading up to my surgery date – barely able to walk. The care I received at Precision Surgery Center was fantastic. My surgery was smooth and uneventful. As I awoke from my anesthesia I was instantly aware of the reduction in pain! After suffering for months, I was so happy that I had tears running down my face. I know that I still have some healing to do, but I'm ecstatic to know that once again, I have a future.

When I first herd I needed a neck fusion I was petrified. I don’t mind surgery but when it has to do with the spine and neck it takes it to a whole other level. Dr. Sidhu from the fist day I met him until the after care went beyond my expectations! I would recommend him to anyone of my family and friends. Thank you for everything. 😃

Dr Sidhu fixed my very painful constant lower back problem at L-3 through L-5. I tried physical therapy, pain clinic injections and neurology before I found Dr. Sidhu with not a slight bit of relief. Dr. Sidhu understood my pain and frustration and explained how he could help me in a way other than all those medical words. He is very approachable and kind. I have been told by many people that knew I was going to have back surgery and most all of them said don’t do it, it does not work or you could be worse then you started, I’m here to say that his confidence and reassurance won me over and I’m so glad I went through having the surgery. I highly 5 plus stars recommend Dr. Kanwaldeep Sidhu. I got my life back again and am so grateful to him.

This is a second lower back surgery for me at L5/S1. My first surgery (different doctor) was an attempt to avoid a fusion surgery but never achieved a positive outcome. Eight years later my situation had become so dire I was living from my bed to my recliner and back again...unable to fully work or have any real quality of life. Though the thought of having a second surgery was incredibly daunting and at times down right scary; I am on the other side now and at two weeks out, I am already seeing signs of total (or near total) relief from the original problem. Yes the first few days after surgery can be very hard, but in the grand scheme it is a short tunnel to get through before you are out into the light again. Great staff helping me get setup, scheduled, and prepped and the hospital staff in the recovery area was great as well!

For all of those people out there that are nervous about back surgery I was there with you. It all started in October 2022 I had terrible back pain and sciatica pain. After numerous trips to a couple of different chiropractors it just was not helping. That is when my mother in law had suggested Dr. Sidhu, he had done surgery on my father in law before. He scheduled an MRI and after reviewing my MRI I had a l5 herniated disc and a bulging L4 disc as well. My first step was physical therapy after 2 weeks my Physical Therapist said that I should get back to the doctor and let him know therapy was not working. Mind you all the while since October I had been dealing with severe Sciatica pain in my right leg to the point where I could not sleep more than a couple of hours at a time, had problems driving, and was missing work because of the pain. I went to Dr. Sidhu and he said we are going to schedule a L5 microdiscectomy. The day of surgery I was restless, sciatica pain would not go away at this time I was excited to have the surgery done. Just 2 hours later in recovery room I was laying in bed and all sciatica pain was gone. Two and a half weeks later post-op I'm doing better than I have in months. So to all the people that have a herniated disc that is giving you problems or sciatica pain that you just wont go away, I recommend visiting St.Clair Orthopedic Associates and talking to Dr. Sidhu.

Dr. Sidhu performed a 2 level lumbar spinal fusion on me. 6weeks post op - wow what a difference!! All previous symptoms are gone. I recognize there is a long recovery road ahead, but Dr. Sidhu's expertise in this area is very obvious. He is a wonderful surgeon, very matter of fact in his discussions. I would highly recommend Dr. Sidhu.
