I recently am a new patient here. Went in for a yearly physical and to establish patient relationship. All went great. A week later get a call stating a speciman from my pap wasn't done and I need to come back. I advised the nurse at that time this was hard for me to do being i work 2 jobs and its 7 days a week. I take a vacation day at work for appointments. She said no problem call on the 29th at 8:30am and we will get you in on the 30th (I have a scheduled day off for other appointments) I call at 8:30am got disconnected 3 times then was on hold for 20 min. I was told by the person that I should of called right at 8:30 and there was nothing available. I obviously explained that I tried. Needless to say I wasn't able to get in. Their earliest convenient time for them was Oct 9th at 8:30am. Glad I dont have any issues!

I've been a patient of Dr Rollinger for over ten years and I would highly recommend her. She's been extremely accommodating during the pandemic and allowed virtual visits. She's very prompt on appointment times and the staff is very pleasant to work with. She's very thorough during appointments and didn't just push medication on you, looks for the real root of the issue
