List of MIchigan Neurology Associates & Pc's Reviews
0 stars for office staff, rude, unprofessional and uncooperative. It seems like they hate their job and have gone out of the way to prove it. A+ on the doctors, I suggest the doctors look for a new staff as soon as possible.
My husband was referred to Dr. Liff for neurological testing. After the testing took place she told me to schedule and appointment with his neurologist in 2 or 3 weeks for results. I scheduled it for 5 weeks later. However, when we arrived for the appointment, we were told that the reports had not yet been sent. I find this to be a dereliction of duty and poor customer service.
I have been a patient of Michigan Neurology and Associates since 1987 and they have lost their quality of care for patient. You can paid as much as you can amonth and they want more. If you can't they, you can not get the help you need. I has gotten worse in the last year. I been in pain management since 1997 and never had to pay for a MRI OR a SURGERY SERVICES before or on the day of service $200. Or more. so no service for pain relief if you can't pay.
I have been going over 16 years, never had a bad experience
This place has alot of potential. However the office staff is terrible. And you might see Dr Giancarlo once a year, maybe. I was left feeling alot of racism. Was a patient for about 4years. I tried calling the Dr leaving mess. for Dr Giancarlo nothing. If you want anxiety on appt. date go to mi. neurology. Like nothing about them after my time.
They offered me the very best care of pain management ever since I left the pain center thank you to them all.im all
Nice nursing and support staff, but the doctor was COMPLETELY dismissive of my issues and told me it was anxiety, PMS, and psychiatric. She told me my issues were probably panic attacks and then I ended up having a real panic attack in the parking lot after realizing I wasn't going to be helped in a meaningful way or taken seriously, lots of fun, thank you Michigan Neurology Associates! I'm going elsewhere for a second opinion. Edited to add that they also did a bait and switch on me. I was supposed to see a doctor, but he was mysteriously unavailable the day of my first appointment, so they put me with a PA. If seeing a medical doctor is a priority for you, avoid Michigan Neurology Associates. Just a heads up, if you do the online copay, they still try to make you do the copay in the office, and it's $20 more expensive to do it online (no idea why), so I recommend not bothering with online check in and doing it all when you get there for your appointment.
My mother came here for a blood patch and was stuck 12 times after asking them to stop. The procedure was supposed to take 1 hour and it took 3 hours. She came out smelling like blood, face red, and crying. In more pain than she was before going in. Please stay away from Dr. Dillion and rude staff. My mother was constantly put on hold and hung up on by the staff and when hospitalized they sent a neurologist that admitted that the procedure was not done correctly.
Dr. Giancarlo is the very best neurologist you could find. He is the consummate professional and knowledgeable about his field and patient care. I highly recommend him and his associates. This practice cares. ❤
I'm into the Michigan neurology and Clinton Township there is rude doctors I asked for help for my condition and I got nothing the staff and nurses were really polite but the doctors are very rude I rather go to University of Michigan hospital before I go to Michigan neurology.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
