Both Kristen and Demetria were professional, caring and thorough. We were seen quickly, diagnosed professionally, given a doctor for follow-up and necessary equipment. The entire Experience, including the office staff, Was very pleasant. Thank you for such good care.

The worse Urent Care on earth. If you want them to do nothing for you than go here. If you want an urgent care to help you, please don't waste your time going here. They are not in the business of helping. I fell on ice and they wouldn't even give me an x-ray they said go to the ER. I waited for 2 hours for them to tell ne that. Complete waste of time.

I will not go back. I told the person at the front desk I was having shortness of breathe along with other symptoms and I didn't receive a ekg when I got into the room. The MA introduced herself as L she did my vitals and asked what pharmacy did I want my scripts sent to and I gave them the one around the corner from my house. They sent it to a pharmacy 15mins away not even close to my house. ☹️ I heard someone excessively spraying some disinfectant spray and it was so strong it came into the room I was in. I began to cough uncontrollable no one came to see if I was ok. In comes the PA and ask did I want her to come back because of the way I was coughing and I stated the disinfectant some just sprayed has cause me to cough like this for her to give me a minute to catch my breath because I had been waiting awhile. She asked a few questions check my ears and lungs. Left out and came back with discharge papers.

I was seen by a Danica N. (Sorry I don’t have her last name) I was treated with care and concern. She was extremely thorough. Apart from being kind she didn’t rush in and out of the room she took her time to explain everything. I was fortunate to have her as the attending physician. A definite 5 star experience.
