They terminated me for an unscheduled appointment that they put on their books and I never made in the first place. i never got a reminder phone call or text message from them. I was in Missouri with my dad in the hospital while this so called appointment date was made/ happening. They are unwilling to see my children because of these issues, and my children need referrals and medication refills. They have separate insurance. And so because of all of this they are not going to see my children. When my children now need to wait longer because I need to find them a new doctors office. The incompetence and audacity of this place is unbelievable. It's one thing to terminate me, but to do it to my children is completely wrong and uncalled for.
