Scheduled for a Colonoscopy in Mid November and The day before the Procedure when im 8hrs into Colon prep was called and asked if i could call Blue Cross to get authorization for the procedure, because they entered my daughter's info by mistake? I tried and was informed that ONLY the Doctor/ office could get that authorization? You would think they would know that?? Rescheduled for December 15 and i told her i couldnt do that date due to where i work- they scheduled it anyway? December 11th while canceling the December 15th appointment i get the Third degree from them on why i cant make it( not really their business?) and will get fined even though it clearly states 72 hr notice of cancellation to avoid penalty?? Tried to reschedule in February, but woman was very rude and confrontational? Great bed side manor? If your speaking to people like that over the phone than how must you be acting in person. So NO THANKS TO YOU OR ANYONE IN YOUR OFFICE handling any of my procedures. Very poor service could use better organization and actually try to listen to there patients, one office person was nice all the other were very dismissive. The doctor nor the office staff listen to anything the patient is trying to say I was interrupted repeatedly and told I was lying about multiple issues I brought up.

Very poor service, never can get ahold of them after surgery to schedule appt, and doesn't listen when you speak. Find someone else to be your doc trust me

Dr. Shalabi did a great job explaining the procedure I was to have done. He answered all of my questions and made sure I was doing good the days after my procedure.

Don't know about his skills(didn't make it that far) however his office is out of order and wait time was unacceptable. Professional Receptionist Needed!

Dr. Shalabi performed a hemorrhoidectomy on my daughter. He told her he would also remove some of the skin tags left by resolved hemorrhoids. He didn't show up to see her for scheduled post op appointment. She saw another surgeon in lieu of this. Upon exam he found hemorrhoids were still present and skin tags hadn't been removed. This man has no respect for his patience. I have wasted almost 250 dollars of sick and Vacation time trying to get in to see him for a one week check up. For a second time he has just showed up in his office 45 minutes after the appointment time. I am not first on his list
