List of Ather Bukhari Md's Reviews
Dr. Bukhari treated me for stomach issues. He took time to explain the procedure and my results. Weeks later I had a gallbladder attack. I wanted advice for dealing with this issue. He called me himself and answered all my questions even though his practice doesn’t deal with the gallbladder. I really appreciated that he called me. His staff relayed my questions, and the surgery center and office in St Joe was great.
I really like his bed side manners. Very good at taking the time to explain things, even called me at home himself one time with results.
Dr. Bukhari is very empathetic to what his patients are going through. He is very knowledgeable in his own specialty, as well as having a good understanding of medicine in general. I trust him and I would recommend him to family and friends for care.
very friendly, easy to talk to--no pressure to hurry visit---very helpful for my condition--very satisfied
I was scheduled for ERCP to relieve a blockage of a bile duct while I was hospitalized for acute pancreatitis. Waited 2 days for Dr. Bukhari to even come speak to me. Was then given a 5 hour window of time when the procedure would take place the following day. The five hours came and went, and I was told he was not even in the hospital yet. Finally, almost three hours past the 5 hour window of time he arrived for the procedure, without so much as an apology. This felt like a total disregard of my time as a person. Also, not a great bedside manner- does not seem very confident when answering questions and conversation feels rushed.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
