I was accompanying a person I have guardianship over. We were new patients. When I share difficulty I had with her staff she became very combative and wanted to fight. It was very strange behavior. The office is filthy and smells horribly. The building on the other side of the drive is crumbling and has open doors hanging off. The office staff’s attitude and behavior is totally unprofessional. It appears they do not know what they’re doing. Even without the doctors attitude I never would have returned based on the office. I am very disappointed to learn that she has affiliated with Lakeland. I hope they check into her practice and upgrade their expectations.

She used to care about helping her patients but now she treats her patients and employees like dirt. If you wanna be be treated like everything is your fault and ignored then feel free to see this pill pusher. She prescribes meds then tells you months later you forced her to. Also thinks its fine to jab you in the spine when you have documented spinal issues that already cause pain. DO NOT EVEN TRY . My insurance company sent me to this doctor and it was a waste of my time completely. After filling out new patient registry and being given a date they would contact me by I had to contact them 4 days later only to be told I had been denied. I was denied for having been in a motorcycle accident almost 6 years ago. So if you want a doctor who actually wants to help people do not go here. DO NOT EVEN TRY .
