Ms. Burns was incredibly rude and condescending from the moment she took me back to the exam room. I honestly felt like an inconvenience and contemplated walking out before I was even seen by the doctor. At the end of my appointment she actually told me moving forward if there was any additional complaints those problems were on me. No one should ever be treated this way be medical professionals.
