Had interns conduct all tests. Took credit card information, and kept on file, without consent, and charged it repeatedly. Charged multiple insurance companies (concurrently) for services. Billed, and received payment from, insurance companies with providing the actual service. Bills multiple times for the same service.

Spent 5 hrs for a battery of tests that were unnecessary. The results of testing are invalid due to mental fatigue. She tested my IQ after the MMPI (a 500 ques. eval), as well as other tests including a memory test. I was there from 9-2 with no lunch. She left the counseling session 3 times and answered her phone in session. She had the wrong name in report, therefore breaking confidentiality. We had a court hearing bc she ignored a subpoena, 2x. I have filed a complaint with MI licensing board.
