I have been under the care of Dr So and staff about 3-4 months and have been very happy with the care provided. Very little wait for appointments, easy to set up appointments. Expert, professional care from everyone. Dr So takes the time to explain the rather complicated conditions and and care plan in a way I can understand and is very vigilant about monitoring any changing conditions. Well satisfied with professionalism and care by Dr So and staff.

Was slipped into the appointment because coming from AZ. Had appointment with Dr Wong two days earlier. I was expecting 2 shots, one for each eye. Found out this practice does not do two shots on the same day. I learned that Dr Wong does not usually do the full exam. I may have made the appointment at the wrong office, but it worked out just fine. Both doctors did a great job. All the people at St Joe did a great job and all were very nice. I now have a better idea of how to set up my appointments when I return from AZ next year. Thank you GL Eye Care.

I've been to a few different eye doctors, but Dr. So is the best. He doesn't push unnecessary work (or costs) like some eye docs do and takes the time to explain things. I left feeling that my eye care was getting the best the area has to offer.

Dr So is always very pleasant, kind, and informative if I have questions. He's also very gifted an administering injections for my macular degeneration. I highly recommend him and Great Lakes Eye Care.
