I have gone to this office for years and Gene, Dr. Stafford and Deb are all awesome! Their staff is all very welcoming and ready to help. I appreciate their hard work!
I've been coming here for several years and the staff is always very nice and helpful. Dr Stafford and PA Eugene are always very professional and I feel they care about my health and well being.
Awful, didn’t listen to a word I said. Told him I was dealing with back soreness and pain and he prescribed me an inhaler. Should lose his license
My husband had gone to them with a problem on the back side of his hip. The PA touched around and on the area and told him it was a torn muscle and recommended PT. As PT went on the pain worsened and my husband tried and tried to reach out, always having to wait for a call back just for them to say give it sometime. Almost two weeks later (just yesterday morning at 12am) took him to the ER, the ER took a look at it and caught that it was an infection that had started to necrosis (kill the tissue and other cells). This ER visit is going to cost us a fortune and we wasted money on PT, all because this clinic couldn't be bothered to put in a little extra time with my husband and give him the proper care he should have gotten. I understand that diagnosing an injury isn't perfect but when a patient calls you frequently over the course of two weeks saying the pain is getting worse, when the thing you prescribed isn't working, you should take a second look and reevaluate your initial diagnoses. This is NOT a place to go to for quality care and patient respect. My husband had gone to them with a problem on the back side of his hip. We have been going to this office for 14 years. We have always found Dr. Stafford to be a good listener, thorough and to address the problems we came in with. It is true there is usually a wait, but the staff are honest about telling you if there is a backlog and how long the wait is. Came in with a neighbor once who had cut his hand badly on a hedgetrimmer. The hand was stitched on the spot . Would recommend this doctor and his PA!!

Been seeing Eugene Preston for 20+ years. I Haven't had any issues with my care and I don't have any complaints. I would recommend Eugene to anyone.
Been going to this doctor almost my whole life, move out of state for a year and now they tell me they won’t accept me as a ”new” patient. Why does every office have to be such a joke? Thanks for nothing, would definitely rate zero out of 5 if it was a possibility.
Was seeing Dr Stafford for a year and went in once every three months for check up and prescription reliefs and over the course of that same year I just started to feel sicker. I was exhausted all the time with nausea, stomach aches and my sleep was a wreck. He never once tried to treat me or figure out what may be causing it. Instead he made me feel as if I was making it up. It turned that I had Cancer, serve anemia and none functioning gallbladder. My surgeon told me had I waited 1 more month he couldn't guarantee he would have caught it on time and my outcome would have been very different. Out of frustration I bypassed Dr. Stanford, in hopes of finding a Doctor who would listens and/or help me. Had I not left Dr Stanford, the cancer would have spread and I could have died. If I could give zero stars I would. Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
