If I could rate him a ZERO I would have. I unfortunately have no insurance and was told by one of the office helpers that the physician in this case Dr Loafman makes the decision if they choose to take your case. I never received a phone call to say anything. He just ignored me. On October 4th 2020 I received a call from the Niles office stating that I wanted to be seen there and not Saint Joseph. That is an outright lie. I never called nor did I ever insinuate that I wanted to be seen in Niles. Don't trust these people, especially Dr Nicholas Loafman They are liars Don't trust the person from Lakeland that reached out to me as she doesn't return calls either. This is truly unacceptable and unbelievable

VERY happy! Had to do both of my Achilles tendons. It was years ago and still no pain. He has a great bed side manner, and always took time for me and my husband after both our surgeries.
