I’m not leaving this review for the doctor because I didn’t see her but this review is for the very rude receptionist. I called on 9/15 around 11am and spoke with a very rude unkind receptionist. I inquired about an appointment and she kept saying that none were available and I asked if she could check. She refused to check and continued to be snotty. My daughter has very painful lesions on her hands. Her hands crack open and bleed, she works for assisted living and needs to do a lot of cleaning. She is allergic to latex and can only wear nitrol gloves. She has been in contact with her doctor and referred her to a dermatologist, she made an appointment with Dr Shah which was a complete waste of time and money, she never even saw the doctor, she was seen by a PA who was more interested in training someone on the computer than listening to my daughter. She was told to use super glue on the cracks and told her where she could buy gloves. She prescribed a drug and told my daughter not to take when she was working because it would make her drowsy. She mentioned all different kinds of creams which have all been tried. Needless to say my daughter was completely disappointed in her visit, she was so hoping she could get some help. Dr. Shah helped me get rid of my horrible acne! When I turned 20, my acne progressively got worse. After trying many different topical creams and medications prescribed by Dr. Shah, I elected to go on Accutane.
