Communication with office is horrible. They never call back when they say they will. Any symptoms you have afterwards are unanswered by dr. His response is always he doesn’t know what that could be. Place is a nightmare to deal with. Pain management with them was horrible. Please get a second opinion stay away from here!!!!

Awful communication between doctor, staff and patient. We dealt with Dr. Dickson for one month. He told us my wife needed surgery “now”, “doing nothing is not an option!!” We spent the next 3 weeks wondering what was happening. No communication. Office not responding to calls and messages. Told the Dr. of our frustrations. He said that won’t happen again. It got worse. 2 scheduled surgery’s postponed with little or no warning. We ended up going to a new surgeon who successfully operated on my wife in 5 days. No excuse for this kind patient mistreatment. The blessing was we got a great vascular surgeon, Dr. Fayad in Mishawaka. It took 30 days of frustration with Dr. Dickson. Richard and Ila Proud Awful communication between doctor, staff and patient. A very personable guy. I had excellent care after surgery. He seemed to always know how to fix a problem when it arose. I am living because of him. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Dickson was wonderful. He spent a lot of time explaining my father's heart condition so we could understand what needed to be done. His staff was also very nice and took time to answer our questions.
