Find a different doctor. If you're apparently healthy on the outside, good luck getting this doctor to listen to you, or explain, or take you seriously. There's a line between being short and to the point and blatantly disregarding your patients concerns and conditions. I will never recommend this doctor.

Easily the worst doctor I have ever had. In my experience (3+ years), he never took time to answer my questions or listen to my concerns, always made me feel like an inconvenience, and didn't seem to understand my specific condition. 2014 Dr. Chiu, based on his evaluation, preformed a pacemaker operation. 2017 his assessment was instrumental in recommending a heart valve replacement. The surgery was successful without complications. I strongly recommend Dr. Chiu because of his compassion, education, and follow up appointments taking time to explain your current physical condition.

Dr. Chiu takes time to find out what is the heart problem - actually listens to patients - and then works out a program/solution that addresses that heart issue. He fully explains any procedures or medications and what impact it will have on your issues. Really appreciate his honesty and the way he cares for his patients.

Very good doctor and highly intelligent. He knows his field well and works to help keep you on track as a patient. His style is to be very efficient so as.patient you have to be prepared. and there is nothing wrong with that.
