Agatha Obertynski's Online Review Report Card

Dr Obertynski is very kind and knowledgeable. Her office staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. Masks are no longer required and none of the staff were wearing masks. I politely asked Chris to wear a mask and he became rude and disrespectful. I was laughed at by one of the staff and she was shaking her head every time she saw me. Juvenile behavior. I think the staff would benefit from training on professional behavior towards the patients and how to treat others with respect.

Dr Obertynski has provided my routine eye care for a few years. She gets to know her patients and is thorough and professional yet personable and friendly.

I have had a great experience with Dr. Obertynski and her staff. It is a very professionally run business. Dr. Obertynski is very caring and concerned. She takes the time to understand symptoms and is very conscientious about follow-up. I highly recommend this doctor and her office.

Dr. Agatha is so thorough. She explains everything so clearly and completely. The office staff and technicians are polite, kind and professional. I'm so glad I stumbled onto this Dr! I've been to other ophthalmologist who tell me 'nothing is wrong, try these drops'. Dr. Agatha explains how the eye works and shows me the reasons for my symptoms.

I was looking for a second opinion-Dr. Agatha chose to perform the same tests-redundant in nature-and a full exam-that I had at another eye center. She told me there would be only a couple tests-she is not true to her word. I was mislead-she did not honor our a previous conversation I would not recommend this eye care center-a multitude of tests are taken--testing in particular to previous tests are not explained- obviously she did not believe in a consultation- $500 later-I think the focus of this practice is financial and not patient care.

Saw Dr. Obertynski for a side effect of cataract surgery. She corrected the problem with laser surgery that lasted approximately 1 minute. All is now good. I highly recommend Dr. Obertynski--very friendly, informative, and thorough.

I had fabulous experience with Dr Obertynski - she was able to diagnose and treat my dry eye condition. I had great results from the recommended lipiflow procedure. Dr O makes sure to give you the pros and cons and there was no pressure for me to do it. She listens carefully and explains everything so that the patient can understand it.By following the recommended home treatments of eye drops and heat packs, my dry eye is so much better. The staff is kind and efficient.
