Great doctors! Compassionate and thorough healthcare. I recommend for anyone looking for knowledgeable good doctors. Also quick wait times. I love that a visit won't greatly impact my day.

This Urgent Care is SO clean and everyone is so nice and helpful. I would recommend Dr Kattoo to anyone he's amazing! The receptionist/medical assistant with the reddish blonde hair is super nice and sweet. They got me in and out super quick and helped me out with all of my complaints.

Dr.Kattoo is a swell dude. All the staff there are kind & accommodating! Specifically, Paige the receptionist is eloquent & her bubbly personality is infectious. I refer friends from counties away to this clinic because of the superb quality of their services.

Acts like a child when you ask questions! Tell lies to cover up more lies!!! Threatening phone calls and attorney'!! Bring it!! I have a witness that will back up everything I wrote my review on. The truth hurts so you threaten people!! Please be aware of this office

I needed a COVID test due to an exposure and I tried several places that weren't able to take me before walking into Express Med Urgent Care. As the previous reviewer (Karol C.) mentioned, the staff were kind and efficient. There wasn't a long wait and I had my test completed within an hour.

This is a great urgent care facility with a caring staff. I was exposed to someone who tested positive for COVID-19. Unfortunately, the current health care crisis has sent the health care system in a tizzy. It took several hours of driving around and calling local clinics to find one that would take a walk-in patient. I was lucky to find Express Med. Upon arrival, I saw a line of folks in front of the building waiting to be checked-in for testing. To my surprise, the line shortened quickly. I realized why once inside. The staff was operating like a well-oiled machine. Everyone was working efficiently while taking the time to show kindness and care to the patients. I checked in and was instructed to wait in my vehicle for a call. A few hours later, I was called in. The physician assistants were thorough and helpful. Although they were slammed with patients, everyone I encountered was cool, calm and full of positivity. It was a great experience. The clinic sits in a strip mall with plenty of parking. I found the decor so cool! There were album covers, music memorabilia and references all over the walls. There is an artificial fireplace and Motown hits being played on a television. Very soothing environment for a place that I'm sure most people visit filled with anxiety.

I came here because I hurt my foot… the wait wasn’t long at all but I wasn’t treated as though I really hurt myself… the woman who took me to the back asked if I was here just to get a note for work I said no I really hurt my foot asked my pain I said a 9 when I stand I told them if nothing is wrong I would like some medicine strong enough so I can go back to work they never gave me anything…. The young lady taking my xrays didn’t know what she was doing had to FaceTime someone for help for them to send me with Just a note saying to take it easy at work.. told me if it’s hurting still after ten days to call a foot specialist…. Why do that when I asked before I left if I was ok an can I get a second look…. With no second look or any meds i was sent on my way… I got a call back from them today asking if i was ok…. Why two days later u call but tell me to seek help if it last longer than ten days…. At this point I feel as though i was taken as a joke….

My family and I will gladly drive 30 mins to be seen by this team. Always professionally and knowledgeable.

They even offer a rapid antibody test for ill patients. They are always changing, evolving, and adapting to provide the most complete, quick, and accurate care! They also provide services such as influenza testing, strept tests, mono tests, urinalysis, pregnancy tests, breathing treatments and x-rays, just to name a few! I would highly recommend this Urgent Care to all my friends and family!
