Dr. Crandall is a great doctor! She was my doctor as an adolescent then due to insurance I had to change for a while, but now I’m back seeing her again as an adult. She listens to your concerns, makes sure to answer all of your questions, and doesn’t make you feel rushed. I feel very confident trusting her as my PCP.

They rarely answer their phones, often have them on a perpetual “busy” signal. Reliably rude front desk who doesn’t respond to prescription refills... it’s a shame the office is ran so poorly because I’ve had a great primary physician for years.

This woman is totally uncaring for the mentally ill. Non accepting of your issues unless your able to give her 💯! Sometimes people with mental issues don’t have enough to give on a particular day!! This doctor's office does not really care about its patients. Especially regarding important medication refills, after calling multiple times (5+ times) in regards to a prescription that was running out, no one at the office was willing to assist. The people working here also lie and say they "sent" the refill, but on my account it shows as being refilled right after I called. Very suspect timing. Do not recommend Henry Ford and this doctor's office. Steer clear if you want a doctor that actually cares about your health.

Dr. Crandall is very caring and compassionate and a great listener. I believe she truly cares about my well-being and does her best to always make me feel comfortable.

Dr Crandall im 40 now back when i was 26 or 27 i came in with a side problem u had me get a colonoscopy had me thinking i had kidney stones then u told me not to come back and never gave a reason well i know now that it was your lack of education. U could not find the problem it was cracked disc and a dry disc in my lower back
