I have been a patient of Dr. Rolain for many years and always found him professional and highly competent, giving full and helpful explanations. Recently I had symptoms that needed to be addressed on an emergency basis. Dr. Rolain went out of his way to schedule me in even though he was leaving for a medical conference. I really appreciated him going above and beyond for me.

Dr. Mark Rolain MD is an awesome opthomologist. His staff is great as well. They put their patients at ease. Was my first eye exam. Chris in particular was great.

Dr. Rolain worked me I to his busy schedule because I experienced some disturbing symptoms. He was thorough and answered my questions even though he was scheduled to leave town for a medical conference. Many thanks to him for his dedication to his patients.

From the front desk staff to the end of my appointments, I was impressed with the high quality of care. A special thank you to Kasia and Ashley for their attention to detail in scheduling my cataract surgery and all follow up appointments. Thank you Dr. Rolain! Dr. Rolain took care of my husband. We were both very nervous about his vision condition. Dr. Rolain put us at ease, answered all questions with clarity and compassion. I was impressed with Dr. Rolain’s professionalism and knowledge base. His office staff is courteous and welcoming. I highly recommend Dr.Rolain. This community is fortunate to have him care for us.

Anxiety has become synonymous with 2020 just by dealing with life daily routines duties like shopping, buying groceries , hugging your loved ones and even sending your children to school. Going to the doctor and having surgery in itself is usually stressful, in ordinary times. It was such a pleasant feeling to have some of this anxiety reduced by the professionalism of the University Eye Care. The pre and post surgery contacts were with various modes of communication to appeal to serval senses; visual with the bubble chart, audible with telephone calls, written with text message and of course the most impressive contact was in office! I had cataracts removed from my right eye on the 15th of December and from my left eye on the 29th. During each visit to the office, I felt safe and in good hands. From the moment I walked in with the reception staff, until the moment I walked out with recovery nurse. The doctor was skilled and had excellent bedside manners. Great Experience!

I had cataract surgery with Dr. Rolain and am so pleased with the results. He used state of the art lenses and now I can see distance and up close without glasses. He is very skilled and personable. His staff is pleasant, patient and kind. I would recommend University Eye Care to anyone looking for a top notch ophthalmologist and staff! Optical shop is patient and helpful as well as I bought sunglasses. Great variety!

I found Dr Rolain to be thorough, detailed and patient in performing my exam. I had been advised to have my cataracts operated on immediately by my previous doctor in a hurried exam. Dr Rolain explained that I was far from needing surgery and that would not have corrected my symptoms. I really appreciated his honesty. I was very happy with how the whole practice worked together to address my needs. I have a number of other family members who have been very pleased with Dr Rolain!

My husband had a nasty fall resulting in a bad concussion and many stitches. 3 weeks later he was having some eye twitching and hair like shadows in his vision. I called and spoke With Sandy who, at first gave me an appointment 2 weeks away but then got me in next day as she was concerned . She had complete empathy. Once we got in the office Sandy and all the staff were so sweet and took great care of us. Dr Rolain was so wonderful too. He really does care for his patients. Although My husbands eye came out great, it was nice knowing they all cared enough to get him in and taken care of quickly. We will always use this office for our eye care! OH! and the office is very clean and the equipment is new! I dont know how anyone can say the staff are rude! They were so wonderful!
