Dr. Bickel referral me to this place I have called them for over a month and they have not scheduled me an appointment or call me back or called my doctor like they said they were going to do but I found out they did not when I just got off the phone with my doctor I would never use this office ever again the people there do not do their jobs and do not care for people. doctors offices like this should be shut down and the doctors should lose their doctors license because evidently they’re just in it for the money and that’s it they don’t care to help people in need I will be filing a complaint with the state

I've been a patient at the Sterling Hts.location for 5 yrs. The staff is amazing!I am leaving this infusion center sincecorporate decided to segregate theunvaccinated from the vaccinated. Thisnew process is now starting a wholeyear after the vaccine started to begiven out to the public. In the backwhere I usually sit with everyone we areto sit in every other chair with a maskon. Now I am being placed in an examroom by myself with an infusionrecliner thrown in there which madethe room crowded for both myself andthe nurse trying to get my medicationhooked up. They checked on me onlyduring vitals which is not the staffsfault since they have other patients toattend to. This is unethical, verydangerous for the safety of the patientand we all know now both parties cancatch covid, spread covid, and die fromcovid. I'm not sure how segregation isthe answer these days. I refuse to useor support any businesses that hasthese and other policies that supportsegregation!

This place is a joke. Went in with infection. Lost my first year in sample. Waited a week and a half they never called me. I called them. Left another urine sample with them. Over a week later I had to call them to find out results. And of course the doctor is on vacation or can't be seen for at least the week. Don't waste your time with this place All they do is infuse people that's their business.
