WARNING!! BEWARE!! The staff is the worst! My dad, who was paralyzed on his leftside, fell out of his bed and a pillow was thrown at him and he was left there for the night, resulting in him catching a really bad case of bronchitis. He was afraid to talk to us, stating that they would treat him bad after we left. He called 911 after starting to have seizures, after they stated he was not having seizures. The ambulance services rushed him to the hospital once determining the seizures were severe. They left dad soiled for days and did not feed him. He was not taken to his doctor's appointments which resulted in his death. Please do not take your loved ones here, especially if they remotely paralyzed.

Both of my parents spent time at Pine Ridge in early 2019 and I think the staff is amazing. The facility is clean and I was very pleased with everything.
