Pam in health records is a joke I called about my 3 year Olds finger that may or may not be broke and she hangs up on me its has been 5 days since the x ray that is on terms of termination she is a joke and needs to be fired for unprofessionalism, very rude, and not caring about a patient especially a 3 year old, that lady Pam in health records tawas ascension hospital needs to be terminated immediately

Killed my grandpa. Almost killed my son if I hadn’t demanded he go else where. I’m currently going through stuff and they say they know somethings wrong they just don’t know what and send me home uncomfortable with zero answers. They’re constantly misdiagnosing. Just have had horrible experiences there. A few good ones for minor things but the cons outweigh the pros.

Worst hospital in the state, every single doctor there is a joke! And they were the rudest most unprofessional people I’ve ever dealt with, doctors telling us to shut up over the phone and saying they’ll hang up and end this conversation right now, like I said unbelievably unprofessional, i would die before I ever stepped foot in that joke of a hospital.

Called the ER department to inquire about a Paxlovid prescription. The employee was dismissive and rude. It was one of the worst examples of effective communication I have ever experienced. A position would be better left vacant than filled with such a poor performing individual. Train her or fire her!

I go to outpatient,Lab,and Seaton Center weekly they all treat me super friendly. Honestly the entire staff is very kind.

Drive to the next town as we just skip the head ache and drive to West Branch. Over the past couple years I have had covid test orders lost multiple times that were supposed to be in the "brown box" filing system at the front desk where the receptionist fumbles through orders in the box while muttering under her breath blaming it on everyone else that the orders were not in there. There has also been billing issues because no one there in billing can seem to make the time to call the ordering doctor or insurance company...easier just to dump it on the patient. Lastly, I went to the ER for a dog bite and after waiting for nurse to finally come in I was given some gauze and was told to clean up my wounds while informing me the doctor would be in soon. You just can't make this stuff up!
